See.Saw.Seen might be known for its dedication to quality and affordability. Although the company was launched in 2013, our story began in 2000 when Jenny and Eric met in a physics class that Jenny wasn't registered for in the first place. Their relationship that flourished years later, a family-owned business was formed when the eyewear industry's landscape was beginning to change. We also owe it to our in-law's generosity for the garage where See.Saw.Seen was born.
The San Francisco Fillmore Jazz Festival of 2014 was our first local show. We had a website with four main collections; wooden, retro, light & flexible and kids. 2014 was a big year and we took part in many local shows. Little Morgan also became the third member of our team even as the show list kept expanding.
2015 saw the first significant impact when fitting progressive lenses with Dr. Steve, resulted in a new way of trying on glasses. Jenny, who is perfectionist optometry, aimed for perfectly fitting eyeglasses. From then, Eric & Jenny's job expanded to in-person service meetings, where they scheduled meetings at parks, cafes, offices and other convenient places for customers seeking custom fitting. New demand also emerged from companies that needed our Try on Service to create fun eyeglasses for workplace events.
We opened our flagship store in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, back in 2018. Since then, we have added comprehensive eye examination and contact lens fitting. We became a one-stop-shop for all your eyewear and eyecare needs. Our goal is to provide high-quality services and solutions customized to your unique needs.
